Simon Wercberger’s practice includes commercial and insurance coverage litigation. After clerking for Justice Leon Ruchelsman of the New York State Supreme Court, Mr. Wercberger went into private practice, where he gained extensive litigation experience while representing one of New York’s premier commercial insurance companies.
Mr. Wercberger earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was granted the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Mr. Wercberger is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Wercberger and his wife live in Brooklyn. In his spare time, he can be found attempting to distill the perfect homemade spirit. He is also an avid fan of the New York Mets.
